TIAA has commissioned Tourism HR Canada to conduct a comprehensive labour market study of Alberta’s tourism workforce. TIAA’s aim is to gain an in-depth assessment of Alberta’s current tourism labour force while identifying key challenges that need to be addressed to increase tourism labour force capacity in alignment with the recovery and growth of the industry. The results of the study will help inform recommendations for policy, investments in human capital development and strategic planning for industry recovery.
