Building on the success of its inaugural year, the Tourism Industry Association of Alberta (TIAA) is proud to present the second annual Alberta Tourism GRIT Awards—recognizing the individuals and organizations driving Alberta’s visitor economy forward.
These awards celebrate excellence across our sector, highlighting Growth, Resilience, and Inspiration in Tourism, and reflecting the bold ambition of Alberta’s Higher Ground Tourism Strategy.

Tourism Growth Award: Recognizing innovative initiatives, new products, or significant expansion that contribute to the growth of Alberta’s visitor economy. Available to organizations only.

Tourism Resilience Award: Honouring organizations that have demonstrated leadership, adaptability, and strength in navigating challenges. Available to organizations only.

Tourism Inspiration Award: Celebrating emerging leaders (ages 18–30) who are making a meaningful impact and shaping the future of Alberta’s tourism industry. Available to individuals only.
